Dreamer
She dreamed a dream the other night
Of mice and men and undulating flight
She sailed through the stars
She flew like a kite
Yet she was tied down to nothing
And soared through the skies
She stopped by Jupiter
Smiled at mars
With her eyes alight
She stopped mid-flight
Took a look at you
Made a glance at me
And smiled sweetly saying
“Be free, be free”
We took her advice,
You and I,
And now look where it got us,
We can fly, WE CAN FLY!
