The Empty Room
Loneliness is a room, with no windows,
Can you walk this room alone, with no one?
No sound, only the sound of wind and crows,
But it gets hard to breathe, the wind is gone.
Can you find someone to walk this room with,
someone who belongs in this empty room
One who can unlock your heart, the locksmith
Someone who would make it warm, without gloom
Loneliness is a small room, with no doors
Locked inside, with nothing to do no more
Can someone unlock it, open the drawer, let the shining light out in the downpour
But low and behold, loneliness conquered,
you can be stong, defeat your monster
