Eyes that Meet for a Moment in Time
I am fighting with my eyes,
Whose power I despise.
Sometimes I cannot stop
Where my eyes decide to plop.
While I sit here trying,
My will to avoid you dying,
I think about your face
And my heart begins to race.
Against my better wishes
My nagging eyes are fishes,
And swim through the ruthless
to find you, hardly clueless.
I must force my eyes to look away, Eye contact means I must not stay.
