Concrete Jungle
The sirens running loud red and blue
Snow falling fast making it hard to see
Buildings standing tall office light shining through
This isn't good we have places to be
The sidewalk very icy I have to grab onto you
Taxis zooming by failing to notice our plea
There are many locals around, tourists only a few
Walking through these streets makes me feel so free
We pass so many sights and people to speak to
I'm being told we are close by, he guarantees
Finally our destination is in view
I walk in first to the smell of potpourri
Soon to see a puppy all fluffy and brand new
I give him a hug and run over to the tree
