Bye Granddaddy
What is the big deal about death; a lot
It doesn’t matter what happens, they die
Might be a car crash or even be a shot
People think it’s cool ‘cause they’re in the sky
But it pains me to know that he is gone
He was the best man someone could meet
Before he left, I was told to stay strong
And told to tell people his loving greet
Sometimes I try to think about the good
But it always seems to come back to pain
He is in all the dreams of my childhood
All these tears are making me go insane
I know that he is watching over me
I just want to say Bye Granddaddy
