The Sun
The boy was sad and laid under the tree.
The dry air was keeping him calm and cool.
The depressed and down boy wanted a she.
The rain jumped down and created a pool.
The dark and gloomy day made him want her.
The tears came down parallel with the rain.
The dark cold poor down made him shake and brr.
The poor boy sat soaking up all his pain.
All of a sudden the sun smiled down,
Down on the boy that was wanting her now.
Smiling with ease he got rid of his frown.
One he’d been longing for with him somehow.
He felt her warmth as he ran in the field.
Now his love for the sweet sun is revealed.
