Different Kind of Butterflies
Your forest eyes, quick smile
your internal beauty pushed to the surface
The forest cries, “One more mile!”
My internal butterflies are switched to nervous
My nervous smile and shaking knee
Never cease to antagonize me
I see the evidence of her smile’s succession
I’ve never been great with first impressions
Light of the first day fades away
Four ladies go to rest
I must retire as well and simply say
“Just be yourself…. just try your best…”
