The Weather
I am not my own ruled by the weather
Freezing cold desert heat I remain me
Yet this forecast leaves me with nobody
I am told to pull oneself together
But I cannot control my own weather
To do so would be against my whole body
This leaves me with my unknown body
I need to gather myself together
I fight against my weather forcefully
Acting as if the weather is not there
And so I shapeshift into conformity
I put on a blank face my life so bare
My weather remains uncontrolled
Waiting for the moment where my will is my will
