The past and the present
Sometimes, I look back to the past and think,
“How can someone be so idiotic??”
Some of the things that happened turn me pink,
While others are just simply chaotic.
Like that one time, I ran into a pole,
Or the other when I peed in my pants
Or maybe when I fell into that hole,
Though the cover-up I owe to my aunts.
Thinking about those things makes me realize,
They really don’t matter in the slightest
Because something like that could penalize
What really makes people shine the brightest.
And, though the past can be filled with chatters,
The present is all that really matters.
