I'm a Demon
Kind words to strangers,
Cold stares to friends,
Whoever said,
I had the rule to pretend?
I have changed,
The little girl you once knew,
Look into my eyes,
They hold more than just the truth.
And then I'll say,
I'm a demon baby girl, let it show,
Who I truly am, you wouldn't know.
Cause I hide in the curtains of a shadow,
I'm a mystery yet to be solved.
You don't know me anymore.
We've been apart
For such a long time.
What we thought we once knew,
They had all but died.
I think it's time to change,
I think it's time to move away.
We've been stuck at this case,
For a decade,
We can't just be the same, anymore...
And then I'll say,
I'm a demon baby girl, let it show,
Who I truly am, you wouldn't know.
Cause I hide in the curtains of a shadow,
I'm a mystery yet to be solved.
You don't know me anymore.
They are meant to be memories that are treasured,
Not moments that we live once again,
What happens once can never be repeated,
And we all have to start again.
