I cry out to you, Lord
Lord, I cry out to you in this time of despair,
when everything seems like a complicated mess.
I waited for the light that would shine on me,
in this labyrinth that trapped what little I had.
Just then you reached out to me, held my hands, shouted out,
“Look up! See for yourself all the light in the world. Seek me, be unblinded”
I opened my eyes, came to the world one last time,
no longer broken, no longer shaken.
I am mended, I am mended!
So, Jesus, I cry out to you all the love in my heart,
that you brought me, that you bring me.
Join in my cries for the Lord, “You are love, you are joy”
And so we cry out one more time “spread the words of this unblinding love”
All that joy in our hearts, that you brought us, that you bring us.

It's the first song I've written and composed. I wish I could attach the melody of it here. It's a very meaningful song for me because it is dedicated to my saving grace. It's a song about love, so even if your views differ from mine, please respect mine. :) Thank you
