Cemetery
The gate creaks.
The crows caw.
The stones are grey and carved with dates.
The people here don't dare to move, but the ones that do cry their way, away.
The people here are in the ground six feet down.
They are in wooden boxes called coffins.
Their bones are exactly where they were placed.
Not a muscle on their face has moved since their place.
The day the hill fills is when the world knows we failed.
We placed an angel on their graves.
We're ready to meet our final resting place.
We all wonder what or why?
why do we die and get buried here in this awful place?????
