Scared to Simply Be Themselves
Sitting around,
watching the poor girl being pushed around.
Tears fall down her face,
while people are laughing at her.
Just because of who she is,
people believe that she needs to be bullied.
What do you do when you see this happen?
Most would stand there and go along with it,
but I want you to stand up for her.
Guys shoving guys into lockers,
girls making fun of girls based on their looks,
What has this world came to?
People being bashed at due to their sexual orientation,
smart kids being ashamed of their intelligence.
In many cases, people think they need to bully others.
What do you do when you see this happen?
Most would stand there and go along with it,
but I want you to stand up for her.
It's not fun to the bullied, but the bullies do this because they can,
they are bigger,
jealousy,
or because they are bullied at one point in their lives.
Scared to even fo to their locker,
afraid to buy new clothes,
scared to simply be themselves.
For some they may of even gotten to the point of dropping out of school due to bullying.
What do you do when you see this happen?
Most would stand there and go along with it,
but I want you to stand up for her.
Stand tall for who you are,
be yourself and don't let anyone tell you differently.
So please look through the eyes of the bullied,
and help them up when they are down,
you may just save a life.
What do you do when you see this happen?
Most would stand there and go along with it,
but I want you to stand up for her!
