What you taught me
I'm sinking in your ocean, I'm drowning in devotion, to get closer to you is my only notion. I'm breathing in your illuminous light, your taking over my sight, to get throught the night. Before you came around I was lost, like a wandering fool, breaking every rule. Every heart I touched I broke, making me think love was a joke. You opened my eyes, you made me see what leaving your heart open really does.Words cannot define, what one thought of you does,a million things rush to mind. You are like a goddess of the greeks, taking me higher than the tallest mountain peaks. For if I fall, you will serve as the sea, crashing into you will never be far out of reach, I love your words, I love the way you teach. You teach me the greatest melodies, time has seen, never missing a line or a beat. You taught me to love, you taught me to be free but most importanly you taught me to see.
