Just a Memory
It’s a terrible feeling when somebody you love is suddenly gone no longer holding you in their arms.
You do not know if you can heal when you don’t even know if the pain you feel could be this real.
How do you deal with the heartache when you can’t find the strength to move on?
How do you move on when someone you love is gone (is gone) when their life is done, but your life goes on?
Deep inside you know there’s something worth living for.
Deep inside you know this pain isn’t worth dying for.
Yet you close your door and lie crying on your bedroom floor knowing that what used to be will be no more than a memory nothing more than a happy story but without the happy ending..
And as the years pass your pain sinks deeper.
Your pain grows weaker, but it will still be here inside your mind… inside your mind.
You will still find it inside your mind…
