Russian Roulette
Thought you'd end it all tonight,
Tried to stop you from pulling that trigger,
I hear your heart beating faster than before,
You've said you've fallen so hard,
And that you'd make it easier,
All you've done is leave things behind,
You thought I wouldn't care,
'Bout you playing with your life with a single game.
Chorus: Russian Roulette . . .
Hit the pavement bleeding,
Then faceless in waters,
Said no one should cry for you,
As I tried for something familiar,
You left this place before me,
All alone, now you fade away.
You know I can't remember,
The last time we helped,
One from falling like this,
You've made this time to erase yourself,
'Cause you weren't waiting on what to live for,
Beforem I was to go with you,
Forgot my rounds at home,
And took another look at things,
I have no time to play games here.
Chorus: Russian Roulette . . .
Hit the pavement bleeding,
Then faceless in waters,
Said no one should cry for you,
As I tried for something familiar,
You left this place before me,
All alone, now you fade away.
You sit so far away now,
We have no reason to remember,
Your story will be told,
Of the rounds forgotten,
The lies begged and pleaded,
The goals you used to shoot for,
And now lights soon will weep,
For how could I let you,
Fall . . . this deep . . .
Letting you crash and burn,
You lie in your own ashes,
Waiting for me to return the call,
All for a silly game,
Russian Roulette . . .
Look what you've done to me . . .
