Love as usual
Love as usual
I sit in class and I miss you…
I know my love for you is true.
Filled with sadness, because your face I wish to see,
The pain shows on my face and someone asks what is wrong with me.
I tell them that its nothing…
But the truth it is not,
For I miss you a lot.
I sit in class and I think,
The look of sadness returns to my face because I wish to see you.
Someone asks what I am thinking and I say nothing…
But that isn’t the truth,
I am thinking that I miss you.
I sit in class and write a poem,
One that will say what I can not,
One that will say what I feel…
Someone asks what its about,
And my reply?
Love as usual.
