&quot; There is no substitute for hard work.&quot;<br /> -Thomas A. Edison

Six or seven inches tall
Plus five feet added to that all.
He stood not too high,
But reached for the sky,
Throwing France up into a thrall.

The biggest dreams for a man,
Who had an intricate plan
To obtain lots of land,
For which he’d then command
So to succeed, he quickly began.

Conquering England was his aim,
Which he wanted to put to shame,
So he tried to defeat
The great British fleet
But failed and lost some of his fame.

No doubt you definitely knew
The man who so sought to pursue
An empire for France,
Who had a great chance,
But was beaten at Waterloo.
