People tend to take each day for granted as they drown in their worries. Consequently, each morning's beauty goes unnoticed. This poem is a reminder that everyday is a gift. When the sun rises, a "blank page" is waiting for us to fill it with that day's story; as the writers, we each get to decide what gets written on that blank page.
