Red, orange, yellow
wisp up like useless paper,
with the wind is gusts.

The author's comments:
This poem is focused on my favorite part of Fall, the leaves. As part of nature, this topic is perfect as a haiku. There are three lines (five syllables, seven syllables, and five syllables, respectively). The different parts of fall/leave highlighted include: the different colors, the wind, and the dead leaves. This poem is meant to make readers feel comforted and informed.
