It's about humans destroying their home, Earth. The disruption of the ozone layer, ruin of nature in total due to the wars in the world. It means that peace will never be in war, due to our arguments and battles ruining the planet in which we all live. Resulting in the wars between us, against the world as well.
Losing vision to smoke represents the smoke from a gun after a shot is fired in conflict, there is so much of it, it takes over and disrupts our own ability to see.
Rounds represents the use of artillery in war, ruining the world around us without even realising it.
