Last Kiss
-It's been said before
If you loved me, how could you?-
Leaving me waiting
Waiting for a kiss
A kiss that would never come
A last kiss goodbye
And the worst part is:
I don't remember any one
Final whole embrace

This sequence of haikus is about my ex-boyfriend. It hurt when we broke up, but it hurt exponentially more because I didn't see it coming. If I had I would've made an effort to remember our last embrace. Instead, I am left with fading memories. My inspiration was the song "Last Kiss" by Taylor Swift.
