Borne of Me: a Character

You were borne from my mind,
a beautiful mess of my own creation,
a piece of myself made into someone else,
and I have fallen undeniably
Hopelessly
in love with you
But
how am I to love someone who
is a part of me
and who
i could only ever imagine
Could hold me in their arms,
Could whisper sweet words,
Could love me truthfully?
i could only ever imagine all of that
With you.
your love would only be a
figment of my own imagination,
something I forced on you
Not something you chose
Because
You have no will;
I am your will.
