The Singing Trees
The sun is shining in the sky
As the sky whispers to thee`
And the trees begin to sing
What a peaceful feeling it gives to me
The birds seemed to be pleased
Listening to the trees make melody
Swaying side to side
Making sounds so heavenly
The children play with the singing trees
Running, as happy as can be
Hair flowing with the trees
As the trees sing to thee

When I wrote this poem, I was thinking about how much I appreciated nature in itself. I truly believe I care for more about nature then I do people (as bad as it sounds). I say that because nature is peaceful, beautiful, and creates a whole world for many different things in itself. It creates a cycle of life which keeps everything and everyone else in the world going. But the general population of the human race tends to only cause more damage then harm to everything else around them in the world. The general population seek only benefits for themselves and blind themselves into thinking that they are helping everything else as well, sometimes even scientist. But I am not saying EVERYONE is like this, there are plenty of people in the world who work very hard to keep nature at balance.
