I have stories too
I carry stories
in scars tarnished,
inside folds of skin,
over athletic cuts,
around angry acne,
in bones shattered,
in muscles torn,
in bearable pain.
Yes I've carried stories.

I think there are stories behind things that are physical that reflect on one's body. Some of them have epic stories to tell; like scars, some exhibit bravery or some stupidity, acne, confidence buster, saggin skin, fractured bones and so on. Each has a story to tell, ranging from the most epic to the least significant, yet stories nonetheless.
