Canvas
Canvas
Is what you are and me as well
We have our rough spots and our smooth spots
Some spots get covered better than others
Some of the paint we try to throw on doesn’t cover our marks
Rips in it
We still try to cover it with paint
We hope the paint will cover the marks and our pain
We try to patch it put it still comes back
The brushes
We use we hope will cover the sadness
The Pain and loss
The what happens when we loss the brush
It started off nice and soft like us then turned into a rough mess
The paint we use
Thick,thin,old
We hope it will work to hide the cut and the holes
It only brings the eye to them
But as we try to cover all of our mess ups they come back and help show us that everyone
Has holes and sadness in their lives
Don’t be a piece of sandpaper to someone else's canvas.
