Flower in the ocean
The river I crossed
Got me here
I did anything it took
The tears filled the land
That once was filled with beautiful flowers
The flowers lost petals as I lost hope
The Petals fell
One by one
You left
I was alone
I thought I would never be a lonely flowers
I was standing
A sunflower
In a field
I was surrounded but others
But lonely
My last petal fell
As I was alone waiting
for someone
That person never showed up
They said it gets better
It didn’t
I was a flower without petals
Dead
But Someone keep watering me
The water help me
It brought me back
The water was happiness
The water was hope
The hope which I never had
Now with the little water you gave gave me hope
I grew petals and grew to shine
Acrossed that river there is one lonely sunflower
As I stand here in the middle of the river
The flower I am
You are too
I’m a symbol of hope and so are you
