Sad Song
I want to write a sad song,
But I don’t know how.
The lyrics should be full of heartbreak,
And sorrow and love that is fake.
The chorus should be about how I hate them,
And that’s a problem, because I really don’t.
I’m a little upset that they would hurt me,
And I hope that their next partners beware,
For they are not the ones for you to trust.
I want to write a sad song,
But I don’t know how.
The lyrics should be about forgotten friendships,
Lost love, and broken promises, pretend kisses on lips.
I want to write a sad song,
But I don't know how.
The lyrics should be slow,
The chorus longer than normal,
So that you can tell your audience,
How much pain you’re in.
I want to write a sad song,
And now I know how,
The lyrics should be about you and I.
