The doctors put her on prozac because she's a little messed up

She doesn't need it but her mom says to take it

She has a different color in her hair every month 

Her mom lectures her now

"Why green, it's so ugly" 

A day at school feels like years in space

She doesn't even try, yet she's passing with high marks

She's too smart for this and it's dragging her down

She takes "walks" around town just to get out of the house

Even though she knows exactly where she's going

Abandoned houses, covered in art

Marks of others pain, love, and emotion

Tresspassing on train tracks, summer adventures 

Staying up until 3, the hour of the creator

Screaming parents and harping teachers

She works on her writing every chance she gets

She wants to get recognized, to get out of this Hell.
