She was an explosion. I violent hurricane of elegance. She was a beautiful bomb, bursting behind beloved lies. She was perceived as vulnerable very falsely. She was strong and deceitful, a truly clever young girl of absolute disregard for morality. Her existence was enough to bring Lucifer to his knees before this embodiment of true sin. And this “true sin” is a creature of astounding beauty and innocent perception but full of the most carnal sins and demonic desires. She was a fire dressed in white lace and pure cotton. Her eyes were blooming with orange fiery roses. His heart was consuming roses of light violet and she was the gardener. She was only fifteen. Recently bloomed from a white rosebud into a crimson, burgundy rose. This brought much attention she had not planned on receiving but she quickly adapted to this sudden wave of enchanted eyes. She figured out how to manipulate those eyes and that was the bow on the gift she was forced to keep. If you could check in the motel that is her mind you would be traumatized for the things you do not understand. Her mind is like a diamond, under so much pressure yet so beautiful. She was a nymphet at best, a deadly little demon of lust.

The author's comments:

The novel "Lolita" by Vladimir Nabokov inpsired this piece because Dolores' personality was very intriguing to me. She seemed very intelligent and knew how to get what she wanted while at the same time still managing to maintain her child-like energy.
