What she sees, What I see
Her and I are real close, But she sees only the yellow brick road, I see the road of many colors that God layed down for me,
I choose red, because I know The diffrence, I've tried to show her, but shes like a bat, to blind to see. She sees only the
simple for us, but I see what the best could be. I see a beach with blue umbrellas, when I see her, I have joy. I look at the blue
umbrellas that resemble her blue eyes on her smooth face, I hope to see everyday. But she sees me just as a person, who
is like everyone else. I hope that she sees me in her dreams, right by her side, because I see her everywhere I go, knowing
that she doesn't want what I show her, my affection.
This is a poem that I wrote during basketball practice, not forgetting the one who I love, even if she doesn't like me that way, her name is serenity, named after the serenity prayer. I hope that she looks at me diffrent after reading this.
