ive been swallowed by the ocean
Face to face with the ocean’s spray,
True happiness lies on the shore.
I float, unafraid,
Let the waves carry me.
Seashells sit, awaiting her,
she walks for miles along the sand
Brings back a jar full
Light blanket
Wide smile
She tells me she’s never been so happy before.
Safe place, blue waves,
And I wonder -
Would it hurt to drown?
