&quot;Do you wanna have a bad time?&quot;<br /> - Sans the Skeleton, Undertale

Do I offend you?
Do the actions of my ancestors
Mean that I must be hated?
Is my skin oppressing you?
Is my gender preventing you from living your life?
Am I raping you by looking in your general direction?
Am I discriminating against you?
Being a white man in today's society
Means people assuming you have power
Assuming confidence that isn't there
The white man is automatically racist
Subconsciously evil
Incapable of righting the wrongs of generations past
Automatically sexist
Subconsciously incapable of viewing a woman as a friend instead of an object
These predetermined views constitute a new kind of racism
We call it privilege
You assume the white man has the advantage
That they have the money and the power
That all good intentions are really passive aggressions that correlate with the real sexist and racist men
I promise I'm a good person
I don't mean harm
My Friends and tell you this message is genuine
I feel threatened
As if there will be an imminent attack that will be justified by unjust Social Justice
Because the white man never suffers from oppression
He is never the victim of discrimination

That is a lie
I am the white man
I feel the judgment of being the only white boy in a classroom of diversity painted brown
I feel the hate when I step into a room of misandrists
I'm tired of being told this feeling is justice
That I should feel this way
I have done nothing to deserve hate
My ancestors are the ones you are searching for
Bring your rallies to the cemetery
Burn the bodies of my ancestors and call that justice

I am tired of being told
That only white people can be racist
Only men can be sexist
Racism is discrimination based on skin color
Sexism is discrimination based on gender
Taking that into account
I am being discriminated against
Every day the feminists will say the white man must die
That the rallying cry of the Justice warriors
Call for my blood

I offer this apology
I am sorry my ancient bloodline has created a deeply rooted norm
Which has caused the social issues of today
But social justice no longer represents equality
When I see feminists, I feel the people hating me for my gender
I see the intent to tear me down and put themselves over me
That is not equality
Equality is what I'm searching for
I believe nobody should be judged for their appearance
That their beliefs and ideals should represent them
Judge them for their actions
Judge them for mindset
But don't tell me I can't be a good person without belittling myself

I am tired of being told I have power
Because yeah, the 16 year old can vote
Because the low income family has a major say in our government
Because I have an overwhelmingly dominating and oppressive personality and a bigoted agenda
If anything I am accepting
If anything I fight for equality
I am tired of being told my privilege prevents me from impacting a movement because "you don't need my help"

This is my opinion
Something that one could judge me for
One of the few things I think you should use in your determining if somebody is a good person or not
I am the white man
Victim of assumed privilege.
