Music
A feeling
Hard to describe
The one I feel
When the cellos hit a higher note
Or the drums drop a little lower
When the violan rings out
Or the voices chant
The sound of music
That lifts my heart
Anything from Star Wars soundtrack
Iron Maiden, or Of Monsters and Men
To Metallica or Fall Out Boy
The music that changes
To match my mood
That is always there
The one I hear in church
Or in the back of my head at school
The one that comes through headphones
Or the one I hum at dinner
Music I can’t play
Or read
But I can sing
And wright
The one that keeps me happy and cheerful
The one that lets me know others feel the same
The music I can interpret however I want
The songs I know like the back of my hand
But always have a new meaning in my mind
The soft sweet poetry
I hear all day
The songs I write that the world will never hear
The ones that are sold out worldwide
Or the ones I find that have been long forgotten
All of them are beautiful in their own way
And all of them make me feel that way
The feeling
I can’t describe
