A Gateway To Our Thoughts

Poem is a window to express our feelings
To give our thoughts a meaning
A poem takes us to a place beyond imagination
Giving opportunity for a new creation
A chance to relive the beauty of the past
Or to have your agony recast
It can make you forget all the reasons for your tears
Or have them re-enter your mind with new fears
A poem has the power to fill you with ecstasy
Or to remind you of all your misery
Use the power of your words to make a difference
And to drive away the sufferance and ignorance

Everybody has imagination but few can translate them to words and fewer still into poetry. You have that rare talent. Keep at it and let many more flow
From childhood, I have been fascinated by poems. My parents always encouraged me to pen down my thoughts and feelings. As time passed, i finally decided to write a poem..
I hope people understand the essence of a poem and my poem serves as a medium for this purpose
