Spring

Soon there will
be green grass as
the winter snow
melts away.
The sun will peak
through the clouds
that bring a mist to the air.
Children will run and play,
jump in mud puddles
and get messy, their pets
playing along with them.
The flowers will
bloom, the trees will
grow and
I can smell all the
scents of spring time.
My favorite season
is right around the corner,
I can’t wait
until it is here.
