Im 13 years old
I hope I will never get old
I am a bold and nice person
I go to school it's really cool learning new stuff
I'm turning into a smarter person
underneath this is not an easy life
Sometimes I feel like grabbing a knife and ending my life
I have a dad with cancer
I just need an answer to see how he is doing
I'm just standing here doing nothing and watching
just like its a bunch of banter
I'm just watching my dad deal with cancer
And i'm just sitting here asking why
I have to do something before it's time to say goodbye
This my life
My parents are Mexican they came here for a better life
They didn't feel freely but I'm the only one who came here legally
I love my parents to death
I hope to have my final breath with them
There always there for me
I Praise the lord 
To take care of them
I have to work hard for my parents
So that they will be proud of me
that's what I really want to see
Working hard to be the man when I die
