Diamonds Drowned
The stars sparkle
On a creek crowned
And a luminous lagoon
With diamonds drowned
The glittering garnish
Of sacred stones
Leads faithful feet
By trickling tones
The river rages
For sunny sight
And with wistful whispers
In nonplussed night
A babbling brook
By tall trees
My ears envy
That my sight sees.
