Legs burning, lungs gasping for air
Working harder than I’ve ever worked
Crosses and passes
Stepovers and resets
Get the ball past the defense
Hattricks and corner kicks
Goals and penalty kicks
Scoring opportunities
Don’t disappoint
Don’t lose the ball
Don’t mess up
Red cards and bad calls
Fouls and arguing
And still the game must go on

I have been playing soccer for ten years since I started when I was four and I am now fourteen. Soccer is my true love and I will always play. I plan to become a professional soccer player. I hope that others can relate to the passion I feel for soccer and write their feelings about their love for their sport.
