You’re My Kaleidoscope
Your tears are like a miner's precious gems,
So hard to find, yet so vulnerable when seen.
Your laughs are like a gardener's flower's stems,
So tender, so broken, when it never should've been.
Your talks are like a welcome of a soldier,
So grateful and warm with a shadow to hide.
Your silence is like an ember's ignited fire,
Burning and burning, even when there's a big tide.
Your face is like a deer's graceful antlers,
So delicate yet full of emotions I can't fathom.
Your body is like a snake crawling forever,
Stealthily moving with all of its random.
Your ideas are like water that overflows,
Too many, too much, that no one can catch.
Your fight is like a stream that comes and goes,
Deep, but when understood, is a fatal scratch.
Your kiss is like a drug one can't get away,
So addictive and fulfilling that I wanted more.
But your slap is like a slash that keeps me at bay,
I shouldn't have used you, like what I did to others before.
Your embrace is like a tunnel of light,
When you think of me as your only hope.
But your goodbye is the end of a fight,
Like a hatred so limitless, so out of my scope.
