I Bruise Easily
I bruise easily
Every rock that falls, each wind that blows
Leaves a mark on me
You may not see as my complexion is concealing
But it's a tender soreness
When bookshelves touch my skin
My hand may land the wrong way
My leg may press against the wall
You'll never see, but bruises mar my skin
Sensitive to the touch
Almost every day leaves me with a new mark
So please don't hit me
I bruise easily
