To Love Someone a Friend Once Loved
Everytime you pass
My breath hitches in my throat
I glance back
My eyes hidden through brown strands of hair
I am a terrible person
For she loved you at one point
But everytime you smile
Butterflies erupt in my stomach
And I can't think straight
But you were with her at one point
And I am on her side
And I am supposed to hate you
I don't feel hate for you
I feel a feeling as strong as hate
But the opposite of it
You don't even talk to me
But you terrify me
Why do I think like this?
You almost broke her
And I am infatuated
I involuntarily spot you in a crowd
I can't take my eyes off of you
You chose her
I know you never felt for me
What you felt for her
That'd of been impossible
For I am unlikeable
But I felt for you, strongly
A silly fourteen year olds feelings don't matter
Why would they?
I am a terrible person
For she loved you at one point
You almost broke her
And I am infatuated
