Losing Yourself

In the heartbeat of your desolute soul,
An invisible ache begins to envelope you,
Surrounds your identity and seeps in gradually,
Dulling the color that composes your core;
A physical void deepens inside you,
Grasps at the strings that hold you together,
And pulls leisurely,
As you fall into hollow, broken chaos,
That splinters and shatters with the sudden stop
From happiness to emptiness.

yes yes XD I like it XD this line in particular "From happiness to emptiness" was particularly relatible for me considering everything, but it's a great piece to me :) on to the next one XD keep writing
