Once Upon A Time
Once upon a time
I was small
Like a peasant
Cutting weeds
But then the weeds died
I then realized
That nothing ever lasts
And everything just shrinks
Once upon a time
I was a bird
Chirping with frenzy and excitement
Yet never receiving a surprise
But one day, something died in me.
My heart grew still
I was lonely
Without any happiness
Once upon a time
I was a teenager
Recognizing the ups and downs
Of inside emotion
One time,
An old friend
Pushed me to the extreme
I didn't try to hold on, I let go
Once upon a time, I was young.
Once upon a time once more, I realized everything.
