The last stand

I raise my hands to protect my face,
blood pooling at my feet from my face,
from the beating i took,
i tried to make a stand,
but little did i no,
he was stronger,
he knew my weakness,
he hit me over and over,
i struggled to stay on my feet,
my eye sight going in and out,
leaving me blind,
i felt the air wiz and a strong impact against my face,
i staggered and collapsed.
