The Girl and the Garden
Well,
I knew she was depressed
By her oblong death stare.
But I never expected to find her there,
In the garden, feet off the ground,
Hanging verticle in the air.
Right above the daisies,
With leaves in her hair.
The red and blue lights on her skin,
The jump rope tied beneath her chin.
I knew she was depressed
But I didn't know how deep she was in.
