For those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will fly on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

We thought we found

the all-life cure,

the cure for big mistakes,

we saw it in

the surgeons scaple,

we saw it in that place

still we remain

more ignorant,

of the things that it would take

we never thought

to look to the skies,

to find it in his face

The good, great God

the man upstairs,

He who would not hate,

we see it in

His holy gaze

we do not need to fake

Isaiah 40:31<br /> Those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength, they will run and not be faint, walk and not be weary.

This is really a great poem, however, I have one problem with it. The man upstairs. Is that really how you view God? I'm not harping on you, I am just wondering. Great poem. Keep it up and God Bless.

Wonderful message, and very well done! God bless!

This is actually quite good. I like both the rhythm and the message of the poem.
