If Only
She was perfect.
From the scars on her skin to the acne on her face.
Nobody saw her perfection, not even her.
Every night she battled with herself, trying to find a reason to keep breathing.
Another scar added to her beautiful skin when she couldn't think of one.
If only she knew how much I loved her.
If only she knew in my eyes there was only perfection.
If only she knew how beautiful she was really was before she slit her wrist for the last time.
Before she took her last beath.
If only she hadn't taken her life.
