A hole in the ground
Six feet deep
Dug by the sad hands of breathing men
Devours the empty husk of a vibrant soul
Scarring the tissue of a young heart
Forever changing the view of the world
Unknown struggles of the future never faced
Hopes and dreams blackened by the
Never ending darkness
Of a gaping hole in the ground
Six feet deep
