December 4, 2014
Look up at the sun
shine the light in your eyes
view the world
hear desperate cries

I can't decide if this would count as a sonnet. I changed it, so it isn't quite as uniform as a sonnet, but it just has that feel, ya know? Either way, if you like this poem, be sure to click the "More By This Author" link doodad (directly above the space where you can comment), and view some of my other poems. Even if you didn't like Desperate Cries, still visit my other poetry. I have many different styles, and I'm sure one will appeal.
